Christine holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology and has 25 years of experience as a consultant specializing in change management, leadership development, executive coaching and organizational development. She is passionate about helping individuals and leaders on a journey to self-discovery and self-awareness, using the Enneagram to aid this reflection and understanding of oneself and others. She then supports the individual and teams by coaching and developing leaders and professionals through group and one-on-one coaching sessions to achieve and entrench this self-awareness and understanding of others in order to facilitate and create a new way of working in harmony and growth within the environment that the person operates.

As a passionate nature enthusiast and seasoned guide at Gorah Elephant Camp, I`ve dedicated over a decade to living and working in the heart of the African wilderness. My journey has not only deepened my connection to the natural world but has also shaped my approach to leadership—grounded in awareness, adaptability, and authentic connection.

With a background in Business and Project Management and experience as a supply chain consultant, I bring a unique blend of analytical thinking and practical problem-solving to leadership development. My work with Leadership Geometry allows me to merge my guiding philosophy with a commitment to personal and professional growth, helping individuals and teams navigate change with confidence and purpose.

I am passionate about exploring the intersection between leadership and nature, drawing inspiration from the wild to foster resilience, clarity, and a balanced perspective.
